With over 20 years in business and a diverse professional background, Shabina brings a unique blend of knowledge, empathy, and expertise to real estate. She began her career as a research scientist, then ventured into the world of alternative therapies, where she successfully ran her own practice. These experiences deepened her understanding of people and sharpened her ability to listen, guide, and deliver outcomes that truly make a difference.

Her passion for real estate was sparked while studying abroad, where she discovered how the right property could transform lives. Having lived in Fiji, New Zealand, and now Western Australia, Shabina knows firsthand the challenges of moving and uses that experience to support her clients through every step of their property journey.

A natural leader with a flair for customer service, Shabina intuitively understands her clients’ needs—often before they’ve expressed them. Her positive, vibrant energy and strong people skills make working with her a seamless and memorable experience.

Outside of real estate, Shabina enjoys reading, travelling, cooking, hiking, knitting, pottery, writing, and most of all, spending time with her family.
