When Rob finished working and studying at Curtin University in 2004, he was unsure what industry he wanted to commence next.Having experience in Education, Trade & Hospitality industries he wanted a new challenge. He needed to pay the mortgage and ended up selling Outdoor furniture for Segals. While sitting on sun lounges at Malls, he started reading the REWA Sales Rep's course which was a light bulb moment, especially as he bought his first home 6 months earlier.
A few weeks later his Real Estate career commenced with Blackburne Property Group. He began marketing and selling inner city strata property, large scale off the plan projects, house & land packages and investment sales across Australia.
His skill set progressed to managing Mair & Co Sales Department (09-11- With accolades being the No 1 Agent in West Perth- Listings and Sold- Individual -reiwa), then moving to Karratha in 2011 to become a licensee. Rob has been the CEO & Licensee of Pilbara Real Estate since May 2012, and became Sole Director in April 2017.
He has extensive experience in all areas of Real Estate and has structured the business in 4 key areas: buy, sell, lease & manage for Residential and Commercial. Rob is a people person and understands an essential element is to help people in a delicate situation. Rob has worked with Major Corporations and Government Departments. No. 1 Sales in Karratha for the past 3 years (reiwa: 15/16,16/17 & 17/18 - top assisted Salesperson by Listings Sold)
Rob is a people person and understands his role is to help people. Rob is an avid fisherman- line & spear, boating enthusiast and surfer/SUP. His family are the most important elements in his life, his 3yr sold can be seen at some Home Opens.
