Paul has been involved for over 30 years in the Perth Commercial real estate market beginning his career as a trainee valuer for Mair & Co in 1989 and then Colliers International where he became involved in the sale and lease of industrial property across a diverse portfolio.
In 1991, Paul took up the position of Industrial Sales & Leasing Negotiator at Sallmanns which later merged with Stanton Hillier Parker to become the company now known as Burgess Rawson specialising in investment sales. His experience expanded to include portfolio analysis, property design and construction and general consultancy.
In 2004 Paul left Burgess Rawson to form the partnership which was VBS Property Solutions. Then 2010 subsequently set up his own independent company, CRI Property Solutions, specialising in all aspects of the sale and leasing of industrial, commercial, and retail properties, including investment consulting, Sale and leasebacks, asset rationalisation, special projects, and property management.
In 2020 merged with the now, NAI Harcourts Metro, newly formed, as Director and Partner, specialising in all facets, commercial, industrial and retail property offering general agency services, asset management, business brokerage ,consultancy services and business development.
