Born in Malaysia, Olie moved over to Perth at the age of 11 and grew up in all areas South of the River including Booragoon, Fremantle, Manning, South Perth, and Winthrop.
He was a Fremantle boy, attending high school in Christian Brothers College. He found his love in Real Estate with his father being part of the industry for many years.

Olie has a degree in Property and Finance from Curtin University which has led him to working with a number one agency during his time in Property Management. This has been advantageous, as he can also demonstrate and understand the process of managing a portfolio of over 400+ properties.
Following his career in Property Management, Oliver moved into working for a recruitment agency to improve his practical sales skills. He was a part of a sales team that had a turnover of $385k worth of sales in February 2022 alone.
