Commencing his successful real estate career in 1981 Mike rapidly earned a
reputation as a true professional in the industry. His success enabled him to
purchase North Coast Real Estate with his partners in 1995 and established
Seniors Own Real Estate in 1999.
In 1986 Mike won the inaugural REIWA $3 Million Dollar Salesperson award, a
significant industry milestone back then, and has consistently received other awards
throughout his career. To date he has been involved in the sales of over 1,800
properties. In consecutive years Mike won the award for the Top Number of Sales
for a Principal in “Landlink Real Estate Group” during 2003/2004 and 2004/2005.
Mike has been a Real Estate Licensee and Triennial Certificate holder since 1987, he
has also served as:-
* President of the Real Estate Sales Persons Association of WA
* Chairman and committee member of the Northern District Agents Group
* Member of the REIWA 'Marketing Services' Committee
* A Director of Meath Care (Inc.) - Aged Person's Care and Retirement Villages
* Past President and honorary member of the Rotary Club of Hillarys
Currently, Mike is a member of:-

* Property Council of Australia – Retirement Living Committee
* Aged & Community Services WA (ACSWA)
* Real Estate Employers Association (REEFWA)

He is also chairperson of the property Re-development Committee of St Johns
Lutheran Church, Northbridge
Mike says his business philosophy is to “treat people as I would like to be treated
myself”. He is committed to providing the highest of standard of service to his
clients and believes in constant two-way communication.
Mike has been married to Diane since 1973. They boast two delightful married
daughters, Megan and Emma and four grandchildren with no more expected! Mike
and Diane live near the Marina at Hillarys. They are 'born again' ballroom dancers.
