Megan Lynch’s real estate career commenced in 2001, working in Perth’s western suburbs. Her dedicated work ethic and eagerness to learn from others allowed her to rapidly climb the ranks of the property management team within the agency.
Megan’s thirst for knowledge led her to complete her Diploma in Property, gaining her Real Estate Licence and Triennial Certificate in 2006. She went on to be the Licensee and State Manager of a start-up property management only company where she had a leading role in the growth of the rent roll from 50 to 200 properties within two years.
Megan’s passion for all things real estate led her to complete a bachelor’s degree in town planning, graduating with first class honours in 2012. She then spent time working for a state government agency where she worked on funding proposals with developers, state government agencies, community housing organisations and local governments to deliver affordable housing across Western Australia.
