PROPERTY CONSULTANT & LICENSED AUCTIONEER
Ray White Stocker Preston
I have great interest both professionally and personally in Real Estate and Business and I have done for many years. My passion for the industry is reflected in my work where I thoroughly enjoy every opportunity and my clients benefit from my commitment to excellence coupled with great communication.
I don't believe I am any slouch as in my first year in Real Estate (2012/13) I was awarded Top Property Consultant for Cowaramup, State Landlink Rookie of the Year and Stocker Preston Rookie of the Year. Following on from this in 2013/14 I was awarded Top Property Consultant for Cowaramup and Stocker Preston’s Most Improved Property Consultant and being runner-up Rep in the Company. In 2014/2015 Cowaramup’s Top Property Consultant again and 3rd placed Company Rep! I am a Licenced Auctioneer and a member of the REIWA $8million club. But I do welcome you to ask my clients as this will speak louder than words!
With strong local ties to the Treeton area, I moved to Cowaramup in 2006 with my family. I'm a very active member of the community with a few proud milestones such as; 2012/13/14 President of the Cowaramup Junior Football Club, 2012/13 President of The Lions Club of Cowaramup and past member 13 years served, past secretary of The Augusta Clay Target Club, the past organizer and demonstrator of sheep shearing and wool classing at the Margaret River Show. I hold an appointment to Justice of the Peace.
Agriculture is one of my passions and so my life-long experience in this I believe hold me in high regard. I invest my knowledge of land into any real estate discussion and transaction. I have been successfully self employed for most of my life in Farming and Rural Fencing. Before moving to Cowaramup I farmed broadacre for over 15 years.
Other passions are my family, football where he previously coached and now umpires, junior basketball coaching, and clay target shooting. I have two children, one who attends Georgiana Molloy Anglican School and the other is a 1st year apprentice electrician. My wife Jackie is a part-time lecturer at TAFE Margaret River and the Education Officer with SAFE. I enjoy working alongside my wife as my assistant 4 days a week.
I'm interested in all aspects of the Real Estate industry and I welcome anyone to come to the Margaret River office to meet me for a chat.
