Liza Hogan commenced her property management career in 1993 as a rental receptionist and very quickly was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 1994. After gaining her Property Manager License in 1995, she has been a Property Manager ever since.
In 2001, she obtained a Commercial Property Management License and has is regularly attending many conferences and seminars to improve her property management knowledge. With over 25 years experience, Liza enjoys the everyday challenges that this industry brings and relishes in that fact that no two days are the same.
Since taking the role as Property Manager with Seachange Realty Mandurah, she is able to share her vast experience with landlords and provide them with the satisfaction that an experienced, knowledgeable and friendly team is all you need to manage your rental property. She loves her chosen career of property management and also understands the demands of being a landlord.
Liza has been married for 23 years to Brett (working for WA Police) and with three children, she spends her time off enjoying the outdoors/nature, bike riding, movies and all that Mandurah has to offer.
