Lance commenced his Real Estate career in the inner city suburb of Victoria Park, Perth in 1986 and quickly expanded into the Belmont, Kewdale and Cloverdale areas.
In September 1989 he married Leanne, and moved further South East of Perth mainly servicing suburbs in the Cities Of Gosnells, Canning and Armadale.
It wasn’t long before son Tim and Daughter Chantelle came along to complete the family.
In 2003 Lance decided to pursue an opportunity to manage a newly opened Real Estate office in Mandurah. This led to the overseeing of major clients such as The Lady Brand Lifestyle Village (Now Arcadia Waters, Mandurah) and The Murray River Country Estate in Pinjarra.
In 2007 he completed his diploma in Real Estate and for the following two years spent his time focusing on Commercial Leasing and Sales.
From running his own office, to managing and all round general sales he has had comprehensive exposure to almost every area in Real Estate.
In 2019, Lance made the tree change to the Belhus and is now enjoying servicing the Swan Valley region
