My journey began in 1999 when I stepped into property management as an assistant right after graduating. Over the next four years, I built a strong foundation in accounts, sales administration, and property management—skills that would shape my future in real estate.
Seeking new challenges, I joined a real estate company where I started in sales administration support. This role allowed me to refine my expertise in marketing and develop streamlined systems to enhance efficiency. As our rent roll expanded, I transitioned into trust accounting and agency accounts, managing the financial operations of our growing portfolio.
As the company continued to evolve, so did my role. Today, I oversee the day-to-day operations, financial controls, and strategic development of the business. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to optimize efficiency, implementing innovative systems that improve workflows and service delivery.
