Kent instigated a major corporate change to Mandurah Estate Agency’s business image in 2005 when he became a Director/Principal, endeavouring to offer all clients a unique and personalised service that only a Boutique Agency can, strengthening the long standing and successful reputation the agency was built upon.

With over 25 years of real estate experience to offer his clients, Kent has been recognised as a Master Salesperson, consistently ranked in the top 2% in Western Australia for Listings and Sales throughout his career.

Highly regarded by his peers, Kent is currently Deputy President of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, and has been the South West Regional Delegate for 7 years.
He is also Immediate Past President of the Real Estate Employers Federation, a position he has held for 9 years.
