By the age of 25, Kelly had accumulated a wealth of experience and returned to Perth to assist her father in the management of three real estate agencies. Kelly spent 10 years working in the family business and eventually became both the licensee and the director for all three agencies.

However, industry awards and acknowledgments are not the motivating force behind Kelly’s passion for real estate. Kelly knows the City of South Perth like the back of her hand. At 18 years of age, she moved into her first rental property on Labouchere Road in Como. Her love of the area has continued ever since, and twenty plus years on, Kelly continues to reside in the City of South Perth. Kelly’s local knowledge and ability to reel off a seemingly endless list of the area’s appealing features is extremely valuable in marketing and negotiations.
