‘When first meeting with a client, my priority is to understand their motivation for buying or selling. With this knowledge, I will create a structured selling and marketing campaign to attract premium home buyers to the property. My preference is to take a consultative role, drawing on my experience and local knowledge to achieve the best possible result for my clients.
As a real estate agent, I strive to be respectful to my clients’ needs. Having handled deceased estates, separation and divorce, investment properties, overseas buyers and sellers, and first-time buyers, as well as the homes of my many valued repeat clients, I’m experienced in supporting people with empathy and discretion.’

Kathys’ professional career began as a registered midwife and nurse, where she developed strong communication and listening skills, attributes that are equally valuable in real estate. Having renovated and sold 37 properties to date, it was the life-changing decision to turn this passion for property into a new career that saw her join Ray White in 2011.
