Kathie Winstanley

Originally from NSW I moved to NZ with my family when I was young, growing up and completing my schooling in the North Island. I qualified as a hairdresser and owned my own salon,

My husband and I moved back to NSW with our 2 children. A little over 20 years ago we made the move to WA for a change and in 2006 I started my career in the Real Estate Industry. First working as a receptionist, then moving into property management, mainly working in the Port Kennedy area.

I joined Paula and the Encore family in October 2019 and have taken on the role of Leasing assistant, which involves helping out the property Management team, showing prospective tenants through homes, and processing applications.
