Kareena Ballard is a proven high achiever with excellent people skills who is passionate about her profession, whilst ensuring her clients are happy with their property decisions.
Following a successful nursing career where she was sister in charge of the burns and plastic surgery unit, Kareena decided that she needed a new challenge!
In 1983 she joined Bill Crosse & Co. in Como, was appointed a Director and in 1988 purchased the business together with Mike Quin and launched Quin Ballard Real Estate, a boutique firm specializing in residential property management and sales, along with strata management.
In 2007, Kareena merged with Nik Jones Realty to offer clients a more highly specialized marketing force as Jones Ballard Property Group.
Kareena has gathered many sales recognition awards but treasures most the esteemed REIWA Kevin Sullivan Award for Individual Excellence and Achievement in Real Estate along with her award of Life Membership of the Real Estate Institute of WA.
