Meet Jason Ryan.
For nearly 90 years, Jason’s family have been part of the fabric that makes inner-city Perth such an iconic, vibrant and historically significant area. Back in 1932, Jason’s grandparents established a business on Beaufort Street which served the community for 77 years. Since then the family have maintained strong ties to the local area and its community. Jason attended Mt Lawley Senior High School, as did his father, and his mother was educated at Perth College.
“I feel really privileged to have lived locally all of my life. While there’s been a lot of changes the sense of community is as strong as ever,” Jason said. Starting a career in property seemed to be an obvious decision for Jason as he’s always had an interest in the local architecture.
“From an early age I was impressed by the many Federation and Californian Bungalow-style homes around where we lived. It was amazing to be living among some of Perth’s most beautiful residences and all these years later I’m negotiating the sale of these same homes on behalf of their owners,” Jason added.
2003 was the year Jason started in real estate and since then he’s helped hundreds of local families achieve their real estate goals, and has been recognised by REIWA as a Master Salesperson – among other industry accolades.
Jason’s time tested strategies have enabled him to assist his clients sell their properties (including properties as far North as Lancelin, as far South as Margaret River, and inland to York) although he specialises in the inner city urban areas in and around Beaufort Street.
One of Jason’s strengths is his ability to protect his clients from under selling, he has the experience, training, psychology and the nerve to ensure your selling price is maximised, regardless of the market conditions.
