As a passionate commercial real estate executive, Jake achieves remarkable outcomes for his clients by combining an analytical mindset with a hard-working and diligent attitude.
Since joining Sterling Property in 2021, Jake has spearheaded several commercial development site sales, and leased investments and offices through the Perth Metro area.
Jake specialises in investment sales, development sites, social infrastructure, childcare sales and leasing. In 2021/22, Jake negotiated over $50 million in commercial property transactions.
Prior to joining Sterling Property, Jake worked in Metropolitan Investment Sales and CBRE, where he was exposed to project management, property management, tenant representation and investment sales.
Jake developed a keen interest in commercial real estate during his time studying law at the University of Western Australia, going on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Development & Valuation at Curtin at the end of 2017.
