Ingrid Feinauer is the State Property Management Specialist. She has over 27 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and since then her experience and qualifications include a Diploma of Property (2009), Diploma of Management(2015), Certificate 3 in Business (2004), MYOB (2005) and currently oversees the day to day running of Elders Rockingham.
With a career spanning team leadership, business management, accounting, recruiting, property management and sales, her passion is teaching property manager’s their craft, and she believes Property Management is a specialised field, which should be filled with systemisation and procedures to maintain the primary cashflow and asset of every Real Estate business.
