Ian returned to Australia 1994 after living abroad in Singapore and South Africa for a number of years. During his time in South Africa he gained corporate finance and management experience working for Anglo American Corporation (AAC) and Hewlett- Packard (HP) in company secretarial, treasury & finance roles.
Since entering the real estate industry in early 1995 he has sold hundreds of properties in Churchlands, City Beach, Floreat, Wembley, Wembley Downs, Woodlands and various other areas (from as far south as Eagle Bay to Iluka in the north), negotiating top sales prices for his clients/sellers and achieving various suburb record prices in the process.
