Andrew Hopkins
Andrew Hopkins is an explorer at heart. Some fourteen years ago he returned from his extensive overseas travels where he worked, trekked, surfed and snowboarded through approximately 40 countries on 6 continents over 10 years. He lived in South America and speaks Spanish fluently and his accumulated experiences fostered a profound interest in history, geography, language and the different cultures of the world. He can talk to anyone and he genuinely wants to know your story.
His love of people and selling led him to Real Estate when he returned to our shores and together with his business partner and wife Eloise Jennings his business ambitions focused on working with a group of individuals who offer a professional and proficient real estate service, in all its aspects. Andrew views it as a chance to enhance his personal growth and give something back to the community in return for the benefits such expansion brings.
He is proud to sponsor Rotary’s Wheelchair for Kids programme and after seeing the suffering of people in developing countries supporting Doctors Without Borders and other organisations that support Refugees is close to his heart.
For Andrew Hopkins the real estate business offers an opportunity to get everything out of life by ensuring that others achieve their dreams and aspirations.
Eloise Jennings
Eloise Jennings possesses an absolute commitment to achieving excellence. It evidences itself in her ambition to create a company of unparalleled service. To offer JHY Realty’s clients an unmatched experience in her chosen field of real estate.
She expects no less of her team, and her expectations are met by colleagues who respect and support her goals. In turn, she is dedicated to them and to the creation of true team spirit.
Eloise admits that she loves the thrill of real estate. Finding people that perfect property, knowing she is ‘the bridge’ between the seller and the buyer, meeting their needs and creating friendships from the experience. She also understands that it can be a daunting and stressful experience and knows that constant communication, sincere & genuine feedback, empathy and honest advice are key to ensuring a seamless and rewarding process.
In her spare time (whenever that may be) she enjoys the gym, doing yoga, and has started French and drum lessons. In her ideal weekly plan she would meditate.
She also finds the glorious places of the world irresistible. The Baltic states, Scandinavia & the Balkans are next on the list, yet it is the South West which is her home, she’s in love with its beauty and like many others, she believes we are truly lucky to live where we do.
