With a varied background which includes having sailed to many parts of the world on a yacht with her family, Deborah brings to Real Estate a great resilience and an ability to remain level headed in difficult situations.
“The experience of spending 3 years sailing around the world has taught me to become resourceful and patient. Whilst working in real estate there have been times when I have called on these skills to enable me to provide the best service, advice and help to my clients. It is one of the differences I bring to the table.”
Helping people achieve their dreams is what motivates Deborah, to go beyond the typical scope of a Real Estate Agent. Having an ability to think well out of the box means that the campaigns she is able to bring to her sellers are vastly different to the norm.
“Having bought and sold many properties in several different countries I always found the process pretty much the same and had thought for many years that there could always be other ways to achieve better outcomes.
Several years ago when the opportunity presented itself for Deborah to enter the real estate industry she jumped at the chance and very quickly started to outperform some of the stronger local agents where she was working. Deborah has since experienced rapid business growth in an industry that has a reputation of “churn and burn” for new agents.
It was with this experience that within two years of joining the industry Deborah studied and completed her Diploma of property.
I guess I believed that if I just treated people as people, always remained creative in my process of selling that people would see the benefits and give me the opportunity to help them.”
