As Principal and Licensee of Community West, I am proud to help people achieve their real estate goals.
For over two decades I have represented, marketed and successfully sold homes in over 50 suburbs in Perth, Peel and in the South-West including heritage-listed property, established dwellings of all typologies, and off-plan apartments and townhouses.
I love my job and am passionate about the real estate industry. I specialise as an Accredited REIWA Residential Selling and REIWA Buyers Agent. I am an experienced and Accredited Liveability Real Estate Specialist; trained to define sustainability features of a home that improve comfort, health, affordability and value.
I know how to identify important property features of a home which can include locational benefits that enhance your lifestyle, building design features including floor plan and layout and key building structure elements including energy and water efficiency inclusions and energy ratings.
As a keen industry advocate and member of the REIWA Strata and Buyers Agent Network Committee's, I help to support industry best practice in WA. I also deliver CPD Training courses in collaboration with REIWA to share insights and experiences with fellow real estate practitioners.
