Cheryl has been in Real Estate since 2007 and an Auctioneer since 2015. Since 2019 she and her husband Ray created their own company Cheryl and Ray Oprandi Pty Ltd working in conjunction with Sell Lease Property.
Cheryl began her working life as a teacher, before going on to lecture in Science at WA universities and Manchester University in England. All this has given her the professional touch needed in researching, marketing and analyzing property values, and the excellent listening skills required to guide buyers and sellers to achieve a mutual goal. Cheryl has had a very strong involvement in the sales and consulting of development sites, ranging from duplex sites to apartment complexes, and large parcels of land with development potential.
Cheryl prides herself on her marketing and negotiation skills and is well aware that one size does not fit all. Not only can you expect a well thought out strategy when it comes to the sale of your home, you can expect to be armed with all the facts and information you need to help you make an informed decision when it comes to your property journey.
