Originally from Shanghai in China, Chen moved to Australia in 2009 to complete her nursing degree and proceeded to practise as a Registered Nurse in 2013. After giving birth to her beautiful boy, she decided to make a career change into the Real Estate industry.
Chen commenced a Property Management traineeship and her quick learning skills enabled her to quickly land an exciting opportunity to manage her own portfolio of properties. Over the years Chen has had the opportunity to explore all facets of her Property Management role, she has great passion for managing property and, as a landlord herself, she understands the expectations investment owners have and strives to ensure their best interests are protected.
Chen has dealt with a diverse group of owners and tenants and believes that we should all be treated with respect and understanding. She also has a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family to do 4WD, kayaking and camping at the beautiful Australian National Parks.
