I started in the Real Estate Industry in 2011, working as a Licensed Sales Representative for a large local Real Estate Agency where I worked hard in creating my own personal business platform by providing consistent, helpful service to Buyers and Sellers. Over a number of years, I was able to form a solid foundation to forge ahead with my career progression.
In January 2017 I became the Owner of my own Real Estate Agency - LJ Hooker Bunbury, which has provided me with many new opportunities to support and assist the people of the South West and Greater Bunbury Region.
It has been an amazing journey so far. Beginning with only three staff members, we now have over 15 employees and have relocated to a much larger business premises at 130 Victoria Street, Bunbury, allowing our business to expand further to meet the demands of our fantastic community.
In the years that I have been involved in Real Estate, I believe I have built a strong client base through positive networking, personal contact and client referrals. I have been regarded for my consistent professional approach and flexibility to meet with you at a time that fits in with your schedule.
Forming part of my team is Shawn Murtha, my Personal Assistant. As well as helping me with my day to day administrative activities, Shawn looks after the marketing and promotion of my clients’ properties and may be in touch with you from time to time with general property enquiries or to arrange viewing/home open appointments.
At the time your property potentially goes under offer, my Sales Assistant Belinda Lefroy will follow the sale contract through from beginning to end. Belinda has many years of Licensed Settlement Agency experience behind her where you can trust that the sale of your property will be a smooth and enjoyable experience.
