Ann is the Senior Property Manager at HouseSmart. Ann has been involved in real estate for close to 20 years. She brings experience, detailed and practical knowledge of WA real estate law, and genuine investment knowledge. Ann's qualifications include BSc, Dip Ed and Dip RE. Ann has personally managed and overseen over 1,600 tenancies and has represented owners in Magistrates Courts of Armadale, Joondalup, Midland, Perth and Rockingham.
Ann is the Senior Property Manager which means on a day to day basis, Ann talks to investors who are looking to select HouseSmart Real Estate as their managing agent to guide them through the whole process of having an agent manage their investment properties. She is also on hand to assist our existing landlords and tenants with their day to day enquiries. Ann works with all our staff trouble shooting awkward situations.
Ann is much more than a property manager, having personally acquired and renovated multiple investment properties. Ann is very familiar with skip-bins and paint brushes:). As an owner, she is familiar with the constraints between the need to pay a mortgage and still protect an owner's position by presenting a home that is safe and attractive.
