Andy McIntyre

Andy is the owner of Mint Real Estate - East Fremantle, formerly known as Nook Property.

Andy in his previous life (before real estate) was the sales and marketing director for iiNet (internet company). Having spent 17 successful years in the IT&T industry, working in London, Europe and Perth.. it was time for a change!

Having a passion for real estate and the possibility to buy a successful real estate business right on his doorstep, the opportunity was just too good to miss.

Almost 14 years on and Andy’s dream has come a long way. Mint Real Estate is now a household brand in East Fremantle and the surrounding areas.

Other than his family and real estate, his other passion is Adventure sports, where any spare time is spent paddling, running or cycling in training for the season.

The mental and physical determination required to compete in these events, along with the marketing and management skills honed in his long IT&T career have enabled Andy to make the successful transition to real estate.
