Steve Fredriksen and his family relocated to Perth in 1994 and he is currently responsible for on-boarding all our new investment property owners, and also manages, mentors and supports our dynamic property management team members.
Prior to commencing his real estate career in 1999, Steve’s previous experience in corporate management within the hotel industry and also Operations Manager for a WA based private equity firm, that covered over one thousand employees, has been instrumental in providing focus on attention to detail and recognition that consistent, effective communication is the cornerstone of an efficient property management department.
Steve is passionate in managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients whilst working on new business development strategies that identify, action and deliver customer requirements.
