In October 2015 I sold my half of pfr.com.au. In 22 years of selling I have come a full circle, back where I started, working with sellers & buyers
So what have I learnt in 22 years of real estate? We don't sell houses, they sell themselves.
When you employ a real estate agent you are employing someone to market your property in the best light possible to as many buyers as possible. More buyers equals more inspections equals more Offers. When we find the right buyer/buyers the negotiation process commences
What has changed in 22 years is how we market your property - from the Saturday & Sunday newspapers to professional photography, informative display boards, websites, floor plans, high definition video & a couple of other marketing tools we have up our sleeves
What hasn't changed in 22 years is we are still in the people business, we communicate differently but it is still about the business of people
