Renovation or Knock Over?

Open Saturday the 17th Sept at 10.30am

Twist and spin this one any way you like. If time and patience is what you have, then a full renovation is on the cards, here. Otherwise, knock this baby over and start afresh to build that dream family home you have always wanted - on a large, elevated block in the quietest of locations, too.

The solid 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home that remains can just about be salvaged, with the opportunity to throw a tenant in there for a few months before you plan what your next move will be also a viable option. For some of you though, the thought of grabbing a hammer - or an axe - and commencing your demolition job right away is a chance that is almost too good to pass up.

If you do decide to restore this one to its former glory, you will be inheriting a functional floor plan with two separate living zones and a combined kitchen and dining area in the centre. All four bedrooms have wardrobes, whilst the backyard is somewhat of a "blank canvas" that currently plays host to a pitched rear patio for covered outdoor entertaining off the double lock-up carport - plus two separate pergolas.

There is is two shed out back for extra external storage. Out front, ample driveway parking space is complemented by additional room on the verge, if needed. The splendid tree-lined views from the driveway are quite simply an added bonus and are an indication of the sort of outlook that may be on offer to you, no matter what you decide on doing.

The premium position of this property will go a long way to helping you in your decision, with a host of small and lush neighbourhood parklands nearby and the sprawling Forrest Park and its outstanding community sporting facility not too far away either - with bus stops, Bambara Primary School and other local primary schools all within touching distance, as well. A close proximity to Padbury Catholic Primary School, the Padbury Shopping Centre, the spectacular Hepburn Heights Conservation Area, the freeway and both the Greenwood and Whitfords Train Stations should not be underestimated, either.

You will also find the likes of Duncraig Senior High School, Sacred Heart College, St Mark's Anglican Community School, beautiful beaches for swimming at this summer, the magnificent Hillarys Boat Harbour, Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre and wonderful coastal cafes and restaurants all within a very handy radius, indeed. Ladies and gentlemen, you might just be sitting on a goldmine, after all!

The South East corner of the suburb also goes by the name of Hepburn Heights and the most eastern part of Padbury is often called Pinnaroo Heights.
