The best in the West celebrated at 2024 reiwa.com Awards

The WA real estate industry celebrated the state’s top talent at the annual reiwa.com Awards Ball on Saturday 31 August.

Almost 1,000 people attended the event, which was held at Crown Perth.

REIWA CEO Cath Hart said the 2024 reiwa.com Awards recognised the individuals and agencies that excelled across residential and commercial sales and leasing for the 2023-24 financial year.

"The market has experienced unique conditions over the past year, which has brought a range of challenges for agents to navigate. Our winners have prioritised delivering value and outstanding service for their clients and their success reflects this," she said.

“On behalf of REIWA, I congratulate all the winners and finalists of the 2024 reiwa.com Awards. Their exceptional performance over the past year represents the very best in our industry and sets the benchmark for others to aspire to.”

As well as recognising the top performers over residential and commercial sales and leasing, the Awards also saw 150 residential sales agents named a REIWA Grandmaster or Master Salesperson, representing the top 1 and 1.01-5.0 per cent respectively of the total number, or value of, listings sold in the 2023-24 financial year.
