Establish and operate a sporting or recreational facility within Charles Paterson Park, Burswood.

The Town of Victoria Park is seeking suitably qualified proponents for a ground lease over part of Lot 40, with a proposed initial term of five years and a further five-year option.

The opportunity is suited to a privately funded and operated facility that brings activity and community benefit to the park. Proposals should complement the park setting, including existing vegetation, landscaping, access and surrounding public spaces.

Applicants are invited to nominate their proposed lease area and development footprint within Lot 40 and submit a commercial rental offer. The final area and lease terms will be determined through assessment and the required approvals.

Expressions of Interest close at 5:00 pm AWST on Monday 12 October 2026.
