Brand New Family Living with Modern Finishes Throughout

Designed with comfort, style, and practicality in mind, this brand-new 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect opportunity for families, first-home buyers, and investors seeking a modern, low-maintenance property without the wait of building.
From the moment you arrive, the home presents beautifully with a well-sized front yard, secure single garage, and solar panel system to assist with everyday energy efficiency.

Inside, quality hybrid flooring flows throughout the home, complemented by LED lighting and reverse-cycle air-conditioning servicing every bedroom and living area for year-round comfort.

The spacious master suite is privately positioned and features a triple built-in wardrobe along with a stylish ensuite complete with floor-to-ceiling tiling, stone-finished vanity, shower, and toilet. The remaining bedrooms are all generously sized and include built-in wardrobes, making the home well suited to growing families or those requiring additional space for guests, a home office, or hobbies.

At the heart of the residence, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area creates a welcoming environment designed for modern living. Finished with stone benchtops, a double sink, gas cooktop, built-in oven, and ample cabinetry, the kitchen combines functionality with contemporary style while overlooking the main living space.

The main bathroom continues the home's quality finishes, featuring floor-to-ceiling tiling, a stone-finished vanity, shower, and modern fixtures throughout.

Sliding door access leads to a private backyard that offers a surprising amount of outdoor space while remaining easy to maintain. With future rear gate access planned, the outdoor area adds both convenience and flexibility to the property.
Being brand new, eligible first-home buyers may benefit from available First Home Owner Grant incentives, while investors may appreciate the potential depreciation benefits and the recent federal budget proposals having no changes to this property allowing negative gearing and capital gains discounts to remain.

Ideally positioned near Lincoln Road Reserve, the home enjoys a peaceful outlook while still being close to everyday conveniences. Forrestfield Primary School and Cambridge Reserve are nearby, with local shops, public transport options, and major connecting roads all easily accessible, adding to the home's overall practicality and lifestyle appeal.

Combining modern finishes, energy-efficient features, and move-in-ready convenience, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a brand-new family home in a market where quality new builds remain highly sought after.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield
