North Facing Block Family Location

Ladies and Gentlemen I am proud to present to the market this wonderful north facing block of land situated in a very family friendly orientated part of Myaree with THREE parks, all within easy walking distance. Not only are the parks close by, but also are many other key amenities including the Myaree shopping centre, where you have a 24 hour IGA, your new hairdressers, local bakery, post office and so much more. At the bottom of the street you have two awesome bus routes, one from Munster to Elizabeth Quay and one from Bull Creek Train Station to Fremantle, how can you not love this location.

Given that this is a rear block, you will find that the land can accommodate multiple designs so you can dictate what you want to build instead of the land.

If you are thinking about the kids and schools, then don't worry we have you covered, here you are in the Melville Primary and Melville Secondary School Zones, plus there is also the Mel Maria School just on the other side of North Lake.

To wrap it up, as I said before this is a great opportunity to buy a North facing block in a family orientated part of Myaree in great school zones, close to the local amenities and parks so what are you waiting for jump on it and contact me for further information.

Myaree overview

Prior to 1954, the suburb now named Myaree was part of Melville until the Melville Road Board acquired land and planning for an urban residential area in conjunction with an industrial area. The name, Myaree, which is an Aboriginal word meaning 'foliage', was suggested and street names were chosen commemorating men of the district who died on active service in the first world war and old residents who had played an active part in the development of the area.

Life in Myaree

Myaree is home to a retail hub along Leach Highway which includes many major retail outlets and public transport, providing a short journey to Fremantle and Perth City. Other features include seven reserves and parks such as Marmion Reserve, a sporting space with it's own lake with walking path.
