Located only nine kilometres from the CBD, Morley offers excellent public transport options and sits close to major retail and entertainment hubs. A 40 minute drive from Perth, Ellenbrook is a self-sustainable township, with two community centres, a water park, multiple sporting facilities and The Shops at Ellenbrook. Over the past year, 256 properties were sold denoting the suburbs popularity, which could be attributed to the proposed METRONET line connecting Ellenbrook to the inner city region.

    7. Gosnells

There were 245 sales made in Gosnells over the past year. With over 30 parks, reserves and wetlands to explore within the locale, Gosnells is a popular choice for lovers of the outdoors. Only a 30 minute drive from the CBD, this suburb is a popular choice for families and is well connected thanks to the Clarkson train line and Mitchell Freeway.
