This solid 3 bedroom 1 bathroom brick-and-tile home on a spacious 683sqm block doubles as a massive affordable opportunity for those seeking their next exciting project - whether it be a major modern renovation/extension of the existing residence or to completely demolish it and build a brand-new property in its place.

With a little bit of "tender loving care", the current dwelling is very much liveable - and rentable - and enjoys a practical floor plan that precedes a huge blank canvas of a backyard. At the rear, there is heaps of room for either a future swimming pool or even a "granny flat" or workshop, depending on your personal needs.

Internally, a spacious L-shaped front lounge room welcomes you upon entry and sits adjacent to a lovely dining area off the functional kitchen. More than generous in size, a fully-enclosed patio with high raked ceilings encourages indoor-outdoor entertaining and helps link the kitchen to the yard.

As for the wonderful location - well it is as convenient as it gets with only walking distance separating your front doorstep from a plethora of local parklands, bus stops, Padbury Primary School and South Padbury Primary School, whilst the likes of Padbury Shopping Centre, Padbury Catholic Primary School, the freeway, Whitfords Train Station, Craigie Leisure Centre, Craigie Open Space, the new-look Westfield Whitford City, beautiful beaches, Hillarys Boat Harbour and so much more are just a matter of minutes away in their own right. This one has "potential plus" written all over it!
