Bullsbrook is a large rural and rural-residential suburb within the City of Swan. Settlement of Bullsbrook dates from the 1890s following the construction of the Midland railway line, with Bullsbrook's most significant development starting in the 1970s. Population growth continued from the early 1990s and as of the 2016 Census, there were 5,185 people living in the area.
