reiwa.com has launched a new brand campaign encouraging West Australians to ‘Look West’ for all their property needs.
REIWA CEO Neville Pozzi said the campaign was a reintroduction of reiwa.com, the Institute’s online real estate portal, into the WA market.
“With our local property market firmly in a recovery phase after a long and sustained downturn, West Australians are excited about property again and looking local. We are seeing immense competition in the market, with strong turnouts at home opens, widespread price growth
and elevated sales numbers for the first time in more than five years.
“We wanted to capitalise on this positive market momentum and highlight that nobody knows WA like West Australians do. We were excited to engage Moonsail creative agency to develop a creative concept that encouraged people to choose local and think about reiwa.com when
searching for property," Mr Pozzi said.
Moonsail Co-Founder and Creative Partner Paul Coghlan said the pandemic had changed the way people view the world and the ‘Look West’ creative concept captured the pride of West Australians.
“We are leaning into local more than ever before and people would much rather live in WA than anywhere else right now. We wanted the campaign to celebrate being West Australian and convince West Aussies to look to the property portal with the greatest
local smarts,” Mr Coghlan said.
The reiwa.com ‘Look West’ campaign kicks off today across Perth media channels and will run until June 2022.
