Looking for the latest information on the commercial property market? The latest reiwa.com research reports have been released.

The four market updates cover showrooms, warehouses, offices and retail sales for the September 2019 quarter.

Overall, Perth’s commercial real estate sector continued to feel the effects of the WA market slowdown in the September 2019 quarter, however there were some positive signs observed including a growth in demand for showrooms which saw a 30.9 per cent increase and offices which saw a 8.5 per cent increase compared to the previous year.
