What we love...
... is the fact that this home does not feel like a duplex. It has its own street frontage and is on 498m2 of land and shares no common walls other than the garage
... is the quiet cul-de-sac location that we have loved living in for 20 years
... is the amazing amount of space available in this great home. A separate big lounge at the front which makes a great home theatre, an open plan kitchen / meals and family room and the extra formal dining makes a brilliant study
... is being a short walk to the Ballajura City Shopping Centre
... is relaxing outside and entertaining friends under the patio area that is fully enclosed with café blinds so it can be used year round
... is the ducted cooling and heating air conditioning throughout the house
... is having roller shutters on the windows for added security and keeping the house either nice and cool during summer or warm in winter
... is the spacious but easy care gardens
... is having ample room for parking cars
What to know...

ducted reverse cycle air conditioning
workshed in the back yard
easy care gardens BUT the property has a bore that is individual to it so you could create your own landscaping masterpiece

Ballajura is a mixed-use suburb with residential, industrial and parkland areas. The suburb spans 15 square kilometres and is bound by Hepburn Avenue in the north and east, Reid Highway in the south and Alexander Drive in the west. Ballajura's most significant development began in the late 1970s as the area was subdivided. Its population increased rapidly during the early 1990s as new dwellings were added to the area.
With substantial parkland, reserves and other open spaces to explore, Ballajura offers a relaxed lifestyle with plenty of amenities and recreational features. The Ballajura Central Shopping Centre services the area's immediate commercial requirements and the suburb is also home to an aquatic centre, the Perth Ice Arena, a skate park, Community Centre and a number of ovals. There are also four local primary schools and one local high school.
