This stunning 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with sweeping nature views is fresh off the press, ready for you and your family to move into straight away.
It’s recently built, newly landscaped and is primed for quality modern living, from all angles. The current owners poured their hearts (and a whole lot of hard work) into creating their dream abode.
Nestled on over three quarters of an acre, this premium property is relatively flat as you can get as far as Perth hills’ land goes.
The classy interior is spacious, stylish and effortlessly Hamptons-chic, boasting over-sized bedrooms, ultra-luxe bathrooms and soaring 30-course-high ceilings throughout. Every inch exudes sophistication, from the deluxe décor finishes to the double-glazed windows framing the huge, private alfresco-entertaining area and a lush backyard. And here’s a touch of genius — there’s even a private outdoor shower built into the design. Because, why not?
Back inside, the impeccably-tiled open-plan family, dining and kitchen area is where most of your casual time will be spent, amidst sleek stone bench tops, shaker-style cabinetry, excellent cooking appliances, a Miele dishwasher, subway-tile splashbacks and more. A separate tiled lounge – theatre – or bedroom doubles personal living options, under the same roof. There is also a separate study!
The separate laundry is also extremely well-appointed and features sparkling stone bench tops, alongside ample storage space and a tiled splashback.
The obvious pick of the bedrooms is the massive master suite with retreat-like proportions; a walk-in “his and hers” wardrobe and an immaculate ensuite bathroom, including a walk-in shower, separate toilet, stone vanity and ample storage. The separate bathroom close to the family area completes the picture.
Live the dream hills lifestyle so close to lovely local parklands, Mazenod College, St Brigid’s College, Lesmurdie Senior High School and so much more, with Lesmurdie Primary School and the sprawling Ray Owen Reserve (and its fantastic community sporting facilities, a national BMX track and the wonderful Ray Owen Sports Centre) all around the corner, too. Also nearby are two local IGA supermarkets for all of your groceries, the amazing Lesmurdie Falls National Park, bus stops, childcare centres, other community amenities and the heart of old Kalamunda town centre.
Why build when the perfect home is right here, waiting for you? Step inside, fall in love and make it yours!

Track this property
Track propertyLike Kalamunda, the development of the "Lesmurdie" area is closely tied to the exploitation of the Jarrah forest in the region by the Canning Jarrah Timber Company Ltd. In 1897, Mr Archibald Sanderson, a Perth journalist commenced the acquisition of a number of these properties, with a view to building up a "rural retreat" and he named his property "Lesmurdie". Lesmurdie Cottage was a shooting-box in Banffshire, Scotland, near Dufftown and was let to Mr Sanderson's father for shooting. It was in memory of this cottage that Sanderson applied the name to his property.
The suburb has two shopping centres in the area including Lesmurdie Village on Sanderson Road and the Lesmurdie Road Shopping Centre on the corner of Rooth Rd and Lesmurdie Rd. There are three primary schools including Lesmurdie Primary School, Falls Road Primary School and St Brigid's, and also three high schools including Lesmurdie Senior High School, Mazenod College for boys and St Brigid's College for girls.
