IT'S A WHOLE LOTTA' LIVIN'!

Set on just over a quarter acre block, this brilliantly located home must be one of the best deals around! Complete with a powered workshop and below ground pool out the back, the home offers a spacious floor plan that completely defies all ideas about the standard 3-bedroom home. A standout property in more ways than one, be sure to pop this address on the viewing list!

Inside, there's plenty to crow about! Let's start with the living options – there's 3 of them! A formal living room is set off the main entrance hall consisting of a sunken lounge and raised dining. Currently set up as a home theatre, the seller will be leaving behind the wall-mounted projector and screen for the lucky new owners to enjoy. The home then makes its way through to the open plan kitchen and casual dining. The space here is so generous that if you didn't need the extra dining area, you could probably utilise it as an informal living/family room. The third living area is positioned to rear of the floor plan. A light-filled space overlooking the backyard with servery through to the kitchen, this room could be used as a games room or family room, depending on your family's needs.

The master bedroom is literally "out-of-this-world"!!! Palatial in its design, it's an absolute haven for Mum and Dad to escape to at the end of a busy day. Well, any time of the day, really. There is the bedroom itself in addition to an adjoining parent's, a good sized walk-in robe and open plan ensuite offering a relaxing space for self-care and pampering. Complete with spa bath, separate enclosed shower, large vanity with overhead lighting and a private water closet, the master suite is no doubt the hero of this home! The kids are well looked after too. The two secondary bedrooms are comfortably proportioned, each with their own double door robe and access to a well-appointed bathroom with full-sized tub and separate shower.

The outside yards are just as well thought out as the home. If you're family who loves their cars and toys, then this property has the space for them! The carport will comfortably accommodate 3 cars (end-on-end), locking them quietly away behind a sectional door. The poured concrete driveway extends from the front of the property right the way through to the workshop in the backyard, allow you plenty of space to park your cars, bikes, or trailers safely off the street. If you have a caravan or boat, there's space for them too in the second driveway to the side of the property, complete with second cross over from the street! So, no need to worry about how you're going to fit all your vehicle, toys, and RV's, this exceptional home has you well covered!

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.

Life in Forrestfield

Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.

There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the  Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
