THE PERFECT FAMILY OASIS!

Offering fantastic separation in a wonderful location, this exceptional 4 bedroom 2 bathroom two-storey residence is the ideal retreat for you and your loved ones, virtually providing the complete package in terms of functional family living.

Privately positioned to the rear of the property is a dream entertainment setting where lush lawns, fruit trees, native plantings and a sparkling below-ground swimming pool meet a fabulous pitched alfresco-style patio with ceiling fans overhead and smooth honed concrete underfoot. A large shed and a flat yard area - that is ideal for a swing set or trampoline - completes the picture here.

Internally, a large sunken formal lounge room welcomes you in, is carpeted for comfort and boasts a gorgeous bay window, feature down lighting, a split-system air-conditioning unit and a manual security window shutter for peace of mind. At the back of the house lies the main open-plan family, dining and kitchen area (with tiled flooring, a separate cupboard, down lights, a breakfast bar for quick meals, an appliance nook, double sinks, a dishwasher, a range hood, a gas cooktop and an under-bench oven), which spills out to that extraordinary covered alfresco and boasts a storage pantry right next to a practical laundry with its own cupboard around the corner. Upstairs, a dedicated games room with its own bar and powder room enjoys balcony-deck access and splendidly overlooks the pool, also featuring a set of external stairs that connects the space with the main entertainment hub out back.

Back downstairs, a separate children's wing boasts three minor bedrooms (all with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans), as well as a family-sized main bathroom with a glass-framed shower, a separate bathtub and separate toilet for good measure. All on its lonesome and away from everything else, the far-more-spacious master suite consists of a walk-in robe, sliding-door access to the alfresco, an intimate ensuite and a luxurious, extra-deep bath with exhilarating spa jets.

The separate rear studio has its own entry by the alfresco, is plumbed with hot and cold water and is a versatile space that could lend itself to a multitude of purposes - or can just-as-easily be configured as a study, home office or activity room for the kids. Almost 300sqm of total living area accompanies a sought-after locale here, within a short stroll of two great reserves in Hagan Park and Santich Park, bus stops, St Jerome's Primary School, Stargate Shopping Centre and in very close proximity to major arterial roads, other excellent schools and shopping centres, picturesque lakes, the majestic Woodman Point Recreation Reserve, boat ramps, beautiful Coogee Beach, Port Coogee Marina, the heart of Fremantle, the freeway and more - it's almost too good to be true!

Munster overview

In January 1830 land at Woodman Point was set aside for a townsite to accommodate new settlers. the town was named Clarence and a large lake near its centre, "Lake Munster" (now Lake Coogee). In later years this name was applied more to the area north-west of the lake, while the rest of the area became known for postal purposes as "Woodman Point" and "South Coogee in the 1950s. Munster was officially adopted as a suburb name in 1954.

In 2019, the City of Cockburn approved a carve-up of Munster, whereby the north-western part of the suburb would become the new suburb of Lake Coogee while another part, in the south-west, would be added to the suburb of Henderson. Only the eastern part of Munster would remain part of the existing suburb.
