Locations like this are rare to come across that enable you to enjoy gazing over the lakes, fairways, trees and greens from your very own living room, kitchen and alfresco!
This home really does have one of the most peaceful, private, and picturesque outlooks on the golf course.
The property is set on a generous 700m2 block that is wide enough to allow substantial side access for boats, caravans, and trailers.
The home itself is characterised by a large open plan living area which incorporates the kitchen and dining while still taking in the sweeping views. The kitchen is extremely functional and beautifully appointed and offers lots of bench space, overhead cupboards, and storage. Finished in classy neutral tones that never dates have created a fantastic spot to prepare meals for family and friends.
A huge benefit of the home is that it offers three separate living areas which is ideal for a family home or holiday home. You can all spend time together in the open living space however if you want some quiet time to read a book or watch a movie then you can get comfortable in your own zone.
The fully enclosed alfresco area will make sure that you enjoy your entertaining and maybe even have a chuckle as you watch a few golf balls get hit into the lake across the fairway. The low maintenance, well established gardens are also a bonus.
Located only walking distance to town and in an excellent street this opportunity should be highly considered as fairway blocks are rare!
The property does require some maintenance so please call Lance Hart to discuss this aspect of the home.

The townsite of Dunsborough is located on the coast, 12 kilometres southeast of Cape Naturaliste and approximately 19 kilometres of Busselton. It was gazetted as a Townsite in 1879, but land for a townsite was set aside here in the late 1830's, and there is a recorded whale fishery at "Dunsbro" in 1850.
Dunsborough is located adjacent to Dunn Bay from which it derives its name. The bay is believed to have been named by Governor James Stirling , March 1830, whilst on the "Eagle" carrying out a survey of Geographe Bay. It is named after Captain Richard Dalling Dunn, under whom Stirling served on the "Hibernia"120 and the "Armide"38 in 1810-1811 (Stirling named a number of features in Western Australia after naval officers under whom he served or was associated with) When Dunsborough first appeared on a map in 1839 it was spelt "Dunnsbro" but the extra n appears to have disappeared by 1850, and the spelling of "bro" was amended to "borough"when the name was gazetted in 1879.
