This solid 3 bedroom 1 bathroom entry-level home doubles as an astute investment property too and occupies a tranquil cul-de-sac location, close to all of your everyday amenities.
Leaving plenty of scope to add your own personal modern touches throughout, the residence enjoys a securely-gated front-yard entrance, with its backyard also fully fenced and playing host to a "tradesman's dream" of a massive powered workshop shed - or tandem two-car garage with drive-through access via a remote-controlled double lock-up carport. There is also a pitched rear patio for private outdoor entertaining, overlooking what is essentially a "blank canvas" of a yard.
Inside, a carpeted front lounge room is kept comfortable all year round by split-system air-conditioning and sits adjacent to the dining and kitchen area where low-maintenance timber-look flooring meets a Chef gas-upright cooker and direct patio and backyard access. All three bedrooms - including the larger master - are carpeted. Brilliant in its simplicity is a practical bathroom with a bathtub, showerhead and vanity.
Walk to bus stops, the sprawling Addison Park, the Merriwa Supa IGA supermarket and Merriwa Primary School from here, with the freeway, the Clarkson and Butler Train Stations, other excellent educational facilities, Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, pristine northern-suburbs' beaches and the magnificent Mindarie Marina all only minutes away in their own right. This one is as convenient as it gets, no matter which way you look at it!

The name originally proposed for this suburb by the Shire of Wanneroo was 'Hester' after one of the first land owners in the vicinity. This was approved in 1980, but the name was opposed by Australia Post on account of duplication. Because of this the Shire of Wanneroo proposed the name Merriwa (an Aboriginal word for 'a good place'). The name was approved in 1980.
Merriwa is a coastal, northern suburb of Perth and is part of the City of Wanneroo.
