An Oasis of Natural Beauty

Situated one house back from the glistening shores of our glorious coastline, this amazing tri-level three bedroom, three bathroom plus study home has been built with the specific purpose of combining the use of natural raw materials with futuristic design and modern technology.

Ensconced in a privileged seaside location, this home will take your breath away with its attention to quality, detail and the integration of stunning panoramic ocean views from the top level.

The ground level is accessed via a silver travertine walkway through a timber and glass pivot door into an open foyer that is offset by glistening recycled Jarrah floorboards, stuco/polished concrete walls and shadow line ceilings. A spacious study is segregated at the front of the home and is ideal as a business office. This area is serviced by a separate elegant powder room.

Jarrah steps descend to dual guest bedrooms that are connected by a tranquil conversation area set under a coffered ceiling. One look at Bedroom Two and you will understand why the owners call it the “Resort Room”... set against the backdrop of a shimmering blue mosaic tiled pool, this luxurious bedroom exudes a timeless class and is offset by a Melbourne bluestone feature wall and a fabulous stone Apaiser luna bath. The northern guest bedroom overlooks the rear entertaining area and incorporates a stylish ensuite with silver travertine floor tiles that have also been utilised as a full height feature wall set against stark white tiles and q stone slimline benchtops set over timber veneer cabinetry.

Suspended Jarrah step threads connect all levels of the home with the bottom level being dedicated to a unique, fully equipped home theatre and games room that is offset by polished concrete walls, retro lighting and in-built bar fridges. The top level of the home is complimented by silver pearl marble flooring and this is evident throughout the open plan kitchen, dining and family areas that have been designed with the prime focus on the picturesque ocean views that are enjoyed through oversized windows and doors. The truly uncompromising state-of the-art kitchen is enhanced by an integrated double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, built-in coffee machine, induction cook top over electronic oven and combination microwave. It is also highlighted by a sweeping stone island bench that is a great place for friends and family to congregate.

Flawless flow through entertaining is ensured with the fabulous weather protected outdoor stainless steel kitchen and balcony area that is accessed from the family room. The pièce de résistance of this amazing home is the top storey gas heated plunge pool which is positioned to encompass the ever-changing moods of the Western Australian coastline. Relax and enjoy the panoramic views from Fremantle to Hillarys Marina and beyond.

The rear of this level features a second powder room and the amazing light-infused master bedroom. The open ensuite is resplendent in its design and style. Clef wall panels are offset against an open walled shower with vertical panes of translucent glass plus the sleek form of a free standing Apaiser oval bath. A massive fully fitted walk-in dressing room adds the finishing touch.

The private and protected downstairs entertaining area is accessed via bi-fold doors and provides a cool respite in the warm summer months. A second outdoor stainless steel kitchen is set under a shady Victorian Ash timber gazebo that boasts its own bathroom area. The stunning solar heated mosaic tiled pool forms a seamless extension of the house and is a refreshing oasis to come home to after a walk along the nearby beach. With its high level of top quality inclusions and finishes and the opportunity that it presents for such a wonderful lifestyle, this home will enthrall you with its ability to blend seamlessly into its natural beachside environment.

North Beach overview

The name North Beach began as a descriptive name, derived from the suburb being at the time the most northerly of Perth's beaches. It was assigned in 1888 when surveyor Charles Crossland referred to the pastoral leases of Samuel Richard Hamersley as his "north beach coastal run". The suburb was originally set aside as a timber reserve in the 1860s and then as a quarantine area for camels entering in the 1890s. A number of orchards operated in the area with the only evidence that remains today an old olive tree on Hope Street.

Life in North Beach

Residential styles in North Beach include a mix of holiday dwellings from before and after World War II, some former workers' houses, and modern dwellings. As a residential suburb, North Beach has small shopping areas on the coast and at Flora Terrace and Castle Street which offer basic commercial services. The suburb features a tennis club and has two primary schools - North Beach Primary School and Our Lady of Grace School.
