Acreage, Nature, Peace and Quiet and a Home That has it all!

This massive GJ Gardner, 2012 built home, set on a large 3053m2 block is the best value acreage on the market and will not last long! This immaculately presented home offers a unique layout over 500m2 under the main roof.

Entering your new home, stepping onto beautiful floorboards throughout, you will instantly be impressed. This home has an open plan living as soon as you walk in, with sliding doors, keeping the study and theatre room hidden to the entry of the property. Moving forward you will find your kitchen, with endless amount of space, with overhead cupboards, a double oven, hidden dishwasher, modern stainless-steel appliances, and an impressive walk-in pantry.

Throughout the property you will find three queen sized bedrooms, all with quality window treatments, two with double wardrobes with sliding mirrored doors and the third with a walk-in robe. The master bedroom is exactly that, king sized with a his and hers walk in robe, doors to give you outdoor access, an ensuite with his and hers basins and an extensive hidden shower

Moving outside of the property, you step onto an alfresco that does not lack size. Entertaining here is an absolute dream! The sellers have thought about absolutely everything when extending the alfresco. You will find a built in bbq and rangehood, with plenty of bench and cupboard space and the option for it to be plumbed in. With decorative planks to the ceiling, with downlights and outdoor fans to keep you cool on those warmer days. On the cooler nights you can enjoy this built in outdoor firepit with built in seating. Instead of using your average blinds to close off the area you will find the sellers have used an old timber decking of theirs to created that country feel.

The main backyard has been fully fenced off for you to enjoy your privacy, but beyond those fencing there is more property for you to enjoy. Outside of the fencing you will find a range of herb gardens and fruit trees. The entire block can be driven around.

Let’s not forget the enormous three-phase-powered shed. A man’s absolute dream workshop, with mezzanine floor, which can be driven through from both ends with high enough access for even the biggest of boats.

This home has immaculate surrounds, triple garage and all the extras you could expect from a home that truly has it all. Set in a cul-de-sac just minutes from the Treendale Shopping Centre and just a short drive to the Bunbury CBD.

Roelands overview

The townsite of Roelands is located in the southwest agricultural region, 166 kilometres south of Perth and 20 kilometres east of Bunbury. It is named after a property of the same name granted to the Colony's first Surveyor General in 1830, John Septimus Roe. In 1893 when the railway line from Pinjarra to Picton Junction was opened, a railway station was established at Roelands, but named Collie, after the nearby Collie River. It was changed to Roelands in 1899, because it was confused with the new town in the coalfields (now Collie). In 1909 a school was established at Roelands, and in 1916 a private subdivision was undertaken surrounding the schoolsite. In 1963 the subdivision was gazetted a townsite at the request of the Shire of Harvey.
