This might need a renovation, but the value is in the land. This one is not for the faint hearted it needs someone to renovate and bring her back to life or with some foresight to demolish and build 3 new units. Boasting 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom with two good size living areas and all located in a cul-de-sac location set on a large subdividable 914sqm block.
Yes, it needs some hard work and love to bring her back to the family home she once was but it's a great opportunity. Located within walking distance to everything including the local Shopping Centre, Doctors, Parks, Transport and Schools, all only meters away.
From the moment you step through the front door your thoughts will be in overdrive with what you can do to bring this back this one back to life. The good-sized lounge leading on to the dinning/kitchen area that looks out at the large garden area and shaded patio. Nothing is done outside so easy to either subdivide or start from scratch this one is blank canvas and waiting for you to make this your own garden of Eden or put in a pool or heaps of room for the workshop. You could demolish and build your next development boasting a backdrop to the hills.
Yes, this home is priced for the astute buyer who can see the potential, or if you fancy the subdivision path this one is the pick of the bunch. R25/40 Zoning with lots of options. What a way to invest your money.
The park is perfect for walking the dogs or playing with the kids. A stone's throw to the Roe Highway then this could be the one for you as they don't build them like this anymore.

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
Forrestfield is home to the Hartfield Park Recreation Centre which includes an indoor stadium for various sports, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian centre, nature park and lake. The main shopping centre known as the 'Forrestfield Forum and Marketplace' is home to 52 stores. There are a range of other retail establishments scattered throughout the area.
There are also a range of primary and secondary schools in the area and construction is currently underway on the Forrestfield-Airport Link which is scheduled to open in 2021 and will connect Perth Airport with the city. A Forrestfield train station is included in this development.
