A soothing wood fireplace with feature stone surrounds and american oak feature wall both equally invoke a warm organic 'rawness' to the clean, elegant aesthetic of this vast, comforting living space.
Recessed triple skylights beam radiance over the most jaw-droppingly decadent kitchen, appointed with double pyrolytic ovens, shaker profiled cabinetry and loads of storage beneath the sleek Dekton stone island bench. Availing from an oversupply of windows the brightness continues through to the separate and fully-equipped scullery and laundry with walk-in linen storage located at each respective end of the kitchen.
The accommodations:
Supersize your living credentials with the optimum amount of space for family and visitors alike. Be the host with the most, raise the kids in happy harmony, the only challenge for families will be deciding who gets the guest bedroom with its own ensuite!
The main event is unquestionably the lavish master suite which occupies the northern wing of the residence and provides a suitable retreat that's uniquely proportioned with no expense spared. Complete with a walk-in dressing room furnished with built-in cabinetry, seamlessly flowing through to a deluxe ensuite bathroom that only dreams are made of.
Brushed brass fixtures and fittings glisten against the frameless walk-in double-shower below yet another recessed skylight, and a floating underlit twin vanity cabinet with vintage lamp lighting and feature tiling which sits adjacent to the deep-soaking bathtub. Talk about a day at the spa - from the comfort of home.
Comprising 5 king-sized bedrooms complete with built-in robe storage, you'll even find the option of a 6th bedroom if required, in the spacious activity room which branches off the secondary 'kids' bedrooms with sliding door access to the outdoors.
The two additional bathrooms are simply stunning with feature 3D tiling, matte-black fixtures, semi-frameless shower screens and plantation shutters.
Distinctively decorated throughout with feature wall lighting along wide hallways, skirting and stunning window treatments, a moody home theatre with specialised lighting - living here feels like being on holiday with luxury escapes, but you get to stay forever.

This is 'the one'.
The concrete swimming pool is straight out of Beverley Hills - paved with travertine stone tiles with extended paved seating area for waterside sunbaking, the gumtrees provide shade after noon for the kids to play for hours 'sun-safely'.
Entertaining endlessly is on the cards - the tiled floors extend from the indoors, as do the gabled cathedral ceilings putting the landscapes on show. Provisions exist for outdoor kitchens, and the dedicated firepit area comes to life in the evening.
The shedding:
Occupying 200 square metres of 'most important' shed space - a perfect place for all the toys, the projects, the trailers and pretty much everything you don't want in the house.
Accessed via 3 x frontage high-clearance roller doors and a sneaky drive-thru rear roller door swing the caravan under cover if you please.
The paddocks:
Even the alpacas and sheep here have a superb living environment, courtesy of the thick pastures and natural shade (and some man-made shelter too). Divided into 2 x paddocks with supreme fencing and equi-mesh, there's even separate road frontage for easy access.

In 1932 the North Dandalup Prescribed Area was declared, and then in 1972 the area was gazetted a townsite.
