NATURES RETREAT IN NEED OF A MAKEOVER

A rare chance to buy a 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home in one of Forrestfield's most sort after locations and listed close to block value price. Walking distance to Schools, a great Park and Recreation - only 200 meters away, and Transport - only a short 300 meter walk.
In need of some love and attention but ideal for the renovator or home handyman to grab a great buy, located on a 700sqm block with the usual split R20/30 zoning.
So, bring your paint, rollers and imagination and grab a bargain! This one you can subdivide and retain (subject to shire approval), demo and build, or simply renovate and enjoy.
Complete with ducted air conditioning, and a near new gas log fire, yes it needs work but at this price you don't want to delay, I don't expect this one last long. Call Mark Abbot to inspect.

Forrestfield overview

Forrestfield is a suburb of the City of kalamunda and is 15 kilometres of the south-east of Perth. Local folklore suggests that the name comes from Charles Hale who settled here in 1902 and planted a crop amongst the trees. A neighbour referred to him wanting a forest and a field at the same time and the name was later applied to the area. A Forrest Field Progress Association was formed as early as 1927 and the name is shown on plans as Forrestfield for 1944.
